For Lycka Till Dig AB (hereinafter referred to as Copy-Kurt), personal integrity is important. We strive for a high level of data protection. In this policy, we explain how we collect and use personal data. We also describe your rights and how you can assert them.

Below I go through the processing of personal data, more precisely how it works, as well as which data is processed, your rights and my responsibilities.
Personal data collected
The information about a living natural person that can be linked to the particular person in question is personal data. These include name, email address or phone number. First of all, I collect names, possibly company names, and email addresses that relate to either you or the company you work for. The personal data is processed in order to be able to contact you.
Sharing of personal data
In order to operate Copy-Kurt in a secure manner and also with efficiency, I occasionally need to share your personal data with other parties who are independently responsible for personal data. These are also reliable and include accountants, legal advisers and public authorities. When this sharing takes place and the party is independently responsible for personal data, it is that organization’s privacy policy as well as personal data management that applies.
Purpose, legal basis, etc.
Processing of your personal data refers to everything that happens with the personal data in, for example, computer, mobile and other IT systems. This includes transmission, processing, registration, structuring, storage, collection, etc. In some cases, manual registers are also included.

For the processing that takes place within Lycka Till Dig AB (the company under which Copy-Kurt operates), Nemrud Kurt is the personal data controller. (org. No. 559251-4953, Kellgrensgatan 10, 112 51 Stockholm).
Information security
At Copy-Kurt, I do my best to secure the data and ensure that unauthorized persons do not access it in order to manipulate or use the data in any way. Passwords that are difficult to crack are a concrete example of this.
Your rights
As a registered user, you are entitled to a certain number of rights in light of the law. You have the right to receive an extract showing which personal data I have registered about you and you can request both correction (if the data is incorrect) and – in some cases – deletion of data.
Possible changes
Please review this privacy policy from time to time to note any changes – this is because it may happen that the privacy policy is changed or updated in some way. In such cases, it is on this page (www.copykurt.se/en/privacy-policy) that you will be informed of this and then the date of the page will be updated via a text line that refers to the date on the page. Upon publication of changes on this page, the changes come into effect.
